Cabin has electricity, a propane wall furnace with a thermostat and a wood burning stove. The cabin has a range and refrigerator. There is some finishing work to do but the cabin could be lived in right away! There is a second cabin on the hill behind the main cabin that has been used for storage. +/- 18 acres of land, a mix of high and low ground. Great workmanship, and just 4 miles from Ely.
