When you choose a My Place Realty, Inc. REALTOR®, it is important to remember you are HIRING a Realtor who will be representing you, negotiating for you, and will be giving you the information you need to make a good selling decision.

Our REALTORS® have over 38 years of combined experience.  We are all skilled in client representation for real estate selling and purchasing, negotiation, and the processes the home buyer and seller go through.

Our Agents are available to provide you with a FREE market analysis and are able to do the paperwork and negotiate for you without delays when you get an offer.

Designations, such as GRI®, ABR®, and CRS®, which require that real estate professionals take additional, specialized real estate training, are held by only about one quarter of real estate practitioners. Our agents have these and others, check with your individual agent on their current designations.

While it’s usually legal to represent both parties in a transaction, it’s important to understand where our obligations lie. We will explain the agency relationship to you and describe the rights of each party. It’s also possible to insist your agent represents you exclusively.

We can recommend licensed service providers who can assist you in performing inspections, making repairs, and offer suggestions for the any other item in the home selling process you need done.  Keep in mind we will generally recommend more than one provider.  While we generally DO NOT receive any compensation from any provider we will tell you if we do get compensated prior to you making your choice.

Our business philosophy is simple.  Provide great service at a fair price.  Only charge for the services provided.  Only My Place Realty, Inc. offers the Seller's Menu of services.  You choose what services you want, what the co-op pay for co-operating brokers is on the MLS, and how much you are willing to spend to sell your property.  Provide our clients with the information and tools to make an informed decision in their home selling experience. Our goal is to make the home selling experience easy.  We promise to not hold up quick decision makers, nor to rush people who want more time to make a decision.

We will keep home sellers informed about their showings and statistics of how many people are interested in their home until a purchase agreement is signed.  Then we will inform the seller of the progress of the transaction as developments occur.  We will help sellers get over the hurdles of the inspection, the requests from the buyer, and all the other details that get taken care of to close the deal.  To accomplish this we will use the techniques the client is comfortable with, ie. texting, emails, personal visit, etc.

We work when you don't, so we accept text messages, phone calls, emails, etc. 24/7/365.  While we are not sitting by our phones and computers all the time we do work hard to get to every call and message.  If you are unable to reach, or have not heard back from, your selected agent within 24 hours please try again - technology does go awry at times and there are times when we are out of a coverage zone.

We do not charge an additional Administrative fee.  Before you sign with anyone make sure you are not spending an additional $400+ to the REALTOR®/Broker.

You will get a good feel of whether or not you want to work with an agent when you look at a couple of houses.  You typically will be asked to sign an agency disclosure with an agent when you look at your first house.  Once you sign a listing contract you are locked in with that agent and brokerage. 

We offer a performance guarantee. If you are not stisfied with our services, we are happy to sit down and discuss it with you.  Listing contracts can be cancelled if you are unhappy, but it can be a hassle and some agents will charge you a fee to do so.  We don't.  Even after you sign a listing contract, you can choose to work with another agent after your current contract is expired. Of course, we will do our best to try to adjust our performance to resolve any issues, but if we can't we are happy to cancel the agreement. 

It is important that you work with someone you trust.  Selling a home is the largest sale you are likely to make.  You need to have someone in your corner who will stand with you throughout the process and help you to make decisions that are good for you.  You may want to contact your agent after the deal is completed and you are moved in – it is so much easier to call someone you like and get along with rather than someone you don’t ever want to see again.
